"Keeter's Meat Company installed Thermamax in a 5 HP medium temp cooler on 8/21/01. I have raised the thermostat setting from 32 to 38 degrees because it was freezing up. This is a 409 unit. The cooler temp on average is 29 degrees.

Keeter's Meat Company installed Thermamax in a 5 HP low temp freezer on 9/4/01. The coil temperature has dropped from -10.67 to 13.99 degrees average. The room temperature has gone down 0 to -9 degrees while adding 2500 pounds of fresh beef on three consecutive days.

I have not had to run a 3 HP compressor in addition to the 5 HP one. Normally I have to run both to maintain this freezer. This is a 408 unit."
