PROBLEM: Indoor sports facility was dominated by dim lighting that produced a dark recreational area.

SOLUTION: For City Beach, Advanced Energy Ideas installed the new 6-Lamp, 63,000 lumen HIMAX adjustable in combination with a skylight configuration.

The City Beach Indoor Sports Facility is outfitted with a HIMAX adjustable/skylight combination. The lighting is OFF (above) during a rainy December afternoon at 3:30PM (30 foot candles). With the lighting ON (below), at 3:40PM on the same afternoon the output is 95 foot candles.
